Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Axiom 10 portal, you affirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the portal immediately. Axiom 10 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Use of the Portal
You may use Axiom 10 portal solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the portal to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; to impersonate other travelers or guild members; to interfere with the portal's operation; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or the realms we map.
Traveler Accounts
To access certain features of the portal, you must register for a traveler account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Axiom 10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Expedition Bookings
All expedition bookings made through Axiom 10 are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in the currency of your realm and may be subject to change. Cancellation and refund policies vary by expedition and are detailed at the time of booking. Axiom 10 acts as an intermediary between travelers and expedition providers and is not liable for the conduct of third-party providers.
Intellectual Property
All content on Axiom 10 portal — including maps, illustrations, text, and enchantments — is the property of Axiom 10 Guild and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission from the Guild.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Axiom 10 portal is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of our maps or the safety of any realm we feature. Travel to fantastical destinations carries inherent risks, and Axiom 10 shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or misadventures arising from your use of the portal or your travels to featured destinations.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the realm in which Axiom 10 Guild is chartered. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration before the Grand Council of Cartographers, whose decisions shall be final and binding upon all parties.
