How do I reserve a passage to a destination?

Accepted Answer

Navigate to your chosen destination's page and select 'Book Passage'. Choose your preferred dates, party size, and any optional provisions. A confirmation scroll will be dispatched to your registered raven address upon completion.

Can I modify my reservation after booking?

Accepted Answer

Reservations may be amended up to 72 hours before your scheduled departure. Visit your Dashboard, locate the booking under 'Active Journeys', and select 'Amend Passage'. Changes to party size or provisions are free; date changes may incur a small rescheduling tithe.

Question 3

What is the minimum party size for group expeditions?

Accepted Answer

Group expeditions require a minimum of four travelers. Parties of eight or more qualify for our Fellowship Discount of 15% off the total passage cost. Solo travelers may join an existing expedition through the Open Roster feature.

Question 4

What safety measures are in place for high-danger zones?

Accepted Answer

All destinations rated three skulls or above require travelers to hold a valid Adventurer's Writ (Rank II or higher). Our licensed Guild Escorts accompany every party into Extreme-danger territories. Emergency recall sigils are provided at no extra cost for Tier 4 and 5 destinations.

Is travel insurance available?

Axiom 10 partners with the Mages' Mutual Assurance Consortium to offer comprehensive Traveler's Wards. Coverage includes lost provisions, injury by magical creature, and involuntary planar displacement. Wards can be added during checkout or within 24 hours of booking.

What happens if a destination becomes unsafe after I book?

Accepted Answer

Should the Danger Council elevate a destination's threat level after your booking, you will receive immediate notification via raven. You may cancel for a full refund or rebook to an alternative destination at no penalty. Our Watchers monitor all regions continuously.

Question 7

What provisions are included in my passage?

Accepted Answer

Standard passages include trail rations for the journey duration, a regional map scroll, and a basic wayfinder compass. Premium passages additionally include an enchanted lantern, weather-ward cloak, and a first-aid poultice kit. Custom provision bundles can be added at checkout.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Accepted Answer

Travelers are welcome to bring personal equipment. Note that certain enchanted items may be restricted in specific regions — consult the destination's Arcane Ordinances before packing. Oversized cargo (siege weapons, large familiars) requires a Cargo Permit filed 5 days in advance.

Are mounts and familiars permitted?

Accepted Answer

Mounts and familiars are permitted on most routes. Flying mounts require an Aerial Transit Permit for destinations within city airspace. Exotic or dangerous familiars (dragons, basilisks, etc.) must be declared and may require a Tamer's Bond certificate.

What currencies and payment methods are accepted?

We accept Gold Sovereigns, Silver Marks, and all major enchanted payment crystals. For travelers from the outer realms, currency conversion is handled automatically at the current Exchange Spire rate. Installment plans are available for passages exceeding 500 Gold Sovereigns.

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–3 days receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable except in cases of force majeure or Danger Council advisories.

How long do refunds take to process?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method. Enchanted crystal refunds may take up to 7 days depending on your crystal's issuing institution. You will receive a confirmation scroll once the refund has been dispatched.

Question 13

What should I do in a magical emergency?

Accepted Answer

Activate your emergency recall sigil immediately — this alerts our nearest Waystation and initiates extraction protocols. If your sigil is unavailable, seek the closest Arcane Waypost (marked on your map scroll) and speak the phrase 'Atlas Recall' to summon assistance. Never attempt to resolve a Tier 4+ magical incident alone.

How do I report an incident or file a complaint?

Incidents can be reported through your Dashboard under 'Journey Log' > 'Report Incident', or by contacting our Traveler Support scribes directly. Please report within 48 hours for insurance purposes. All reports are reviewed by our Safety Council within one business day.
